The process is safe, secure and easy to use. And completely free!

Each year Jump Rope for Heart attracts more than 300,000 school students in more than 1,500 schools around the country. We've given Australian schools enough rope to stretch from Australia to Hawaii!

Jump Rope for Heart teaches school children how to keep fit and healthy. Conducted by teachers, children learn physical activities to improve their strength, gain confidence and stamina.

Students have lots of fun with their peers. They also learn about helping save Australian lives by asking family and friends to sponsor them. All funds go towards research to help the fight against heart disease and stroke in Australia.
