Lightly spray an 18 cm x 28 cm slice pan with oil and line base and sides with baking paper.
Whisk eggs and oil in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Season with pepper and stir until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan and smooth over the top. Bake in 180 °C preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until slice is golden brown and set in the centre.
Stand in pan for 15 minutes, then use lining paper to lift slice from pan. Cut into slices and serve warm with salad.
