Lauren Ford

General Manager, ACT

Lauren has over 15 years experience in senior leadership and executive roles, in both the government and not-for-profit sector. Lauren brings a wealth of experience in program management and with a background in population and economic statistics, she is passionate about using data to inform evidence based policy and programs.

During her time in the government sector, Lauren managed large geographically dispersed teams of over 100 people and built effective stakeholder relationships across government and business. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Psychology from the Australian National University and is a strong advocate for heart health, bringing a lived experience of heart disease.
