Moana brings over 18 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. Throughout her career, she has effectively overseen divisions in Fundraising, Marketing, and Operations, consistently fostering growth in income, bolstering brand recognition, and enhancing social impact.

Before joining the Heart Foundation, Moana dedicated a decade to her role as the Director of Fundraising at the National Breast Cancer Foundation. She has also played instrumental roles in revitalising the fundraising divisions at The Shepherd Centre and Mission Australia.

Moana is a recognised expert in strategic, data-driven fundraising, and embodies a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
