Skip Your Way for 30 Days

Join our new skipping challenge

For more than 40 years, Jump Rope for Heart has helped primary school kids stay active whilst raising money to help fund ground-breaking research that contributes to fighting heart disease.

Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned skipper, the challenge is designed to strengthen your heart, whilst raising funds to help the hearts of others.

This November, we called on Australians both young and young at heart to rediscover the joy of skipping. Thank you for joining us for 30 days of fun with our Skip Your Way for 30 Days challenge.
