Together, we are making heart health a reality for everyone

Our ambitious agenda for heart health can only be achieved through collaboration. By working with not-for-profit peers and corporate partners, we can harness the collective wisdom, experience and commitment throughout Australia towards a shared vision of heart health for everyone by 2050.

We collaborate with organisations focused on chronic conditions, as well as with community, consumer, and corporate partners committed to our cause, to ensure a comprehensive approach to improving health outcomes for all.

Meet our health alliance partners

We work with a number of our health alliance peers that share our ambitious vision of ending the heartache caused by heart disease. As a collective, we are committed to finding new ways to identify and fund research and activities that are critical to improving heart health across the country.

UNCLE TOBYS

UNCLE TOBYS Rolled Oats partnership is a collaboration that aims to educate people living in Australia about the benefits of including rolled oats as part of a heart-healthy eating pattern. A significant portion of Australians, around 30%, are living with high cholesterol which is a known risk factor for heart disease. As part of a heart-healthy eating pattern, that is low in saturated fat, incorporating rolled oats can be beneficial because they naturally contain beta-glucan (3g is required daily to help lower cholesterol).

Sanitarium

Our partnership with Sanitarium is based on our shared goal: better health for all Australians. Today, consumers are faced with lots of conflicting advice on what is a 'healthy, balanced diet'. And an important part of our work is helping Australians prevent or manage risk factors for heart disease by making appropriate lifestyle changes.
