Place apples and water in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 8-10 minutes or until apple is tender. Set aside.
Place rolled oats and milk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil, stir with a wooden spoon, then boil for 5-7 minutes until oats are thick and creamy. Remove from the heat.
Spoon into bowls and top with yoghurt, stewed apples, chopped pecans and cinnamon.
