Method
Step 1
Combine milk, vanilla extract, chia seeds and grated apple in a medium-size bowl. Spoon mixture into 2 small bowls or jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until mixture is set.
Step 2
Top with blueberries, apple and flaked coconut to serve.
